One of my best friends told me he has been having frustrating dreams. He goes to sleep. In his dream, he wakes up, does all his usual tasks for the day, and goes to sleep again -- only to wake up exhausted from living too many normal days. He's living them during the day and the night.
Later the same day, he told me, "I want you to remember what I'm telling you right now."
I told him, "Of course I won't remember. This is a dream. You know I'm not really here."
Maybe he'll recycle that conversation in one of his monotonous dreams this week.
